The best boot makers spend lots of time designing and building their boots. Although these boot makers are very talented, some of them are more amazing compared to others. One such artisan got the attention of Forbes magazine. Dave Wheeler, a resident of Houston, Texas once made a $17, 000 pair of cowboy boots for a football fan. The owner of Wheeler Boot Company was instructed to incorporate ticket stubs from the Super Bowls the fan had attended.
Just a few miles away from Wheeler’s are Tres Outlaws. The company built a $75, 000 cowboy boots that traced the whole history of Mexico. The boots included gold and silver coins from different eras in its design –the coins alone are worth $18, 000.
