You can wear that little black dress with your cowboy boots. If you have red cowboy boots you can wear them with a black, above the knee dress. This is for those who want a classier look and do not want to look too rugged.

You can wear your cowboy boots with tights or leggings. This is for the daring so make sure you do it right. Try not to use ripped leggings though because it takes away the attention from the boots. Use leggings, a tunic dress with a cardigan over and you are good to go!
